Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you, or measure the circumference of your finger using a strip of paper. Compare the measurement in millimeters with our size guide.

Measure toward the end of the day, when fingers tend to be at their largest, and make sure the ring can pass comfortably over your knuckle.

Adjustable rings have an open band and are not tied to a numbered size. The band can be eased open or closed gently by hand to adjust the fit, so check the listed fit range and adjust gently.
